One breath at a time

Sometimes it can be overwhelming to think about starting a meditation practice. The fact of the matter can't have a practice until you start. But how do you start? Just one breath at a time. Meditation doesn't have to be difficult. It does require discipline. One breath, then another, and again. Don't beat yourself up if you can't manage every single day. When you think about, take the time, sit and breath. Then do it again, and again. Then it becomes a practice. Be kind to yourself.
